Established a pharmaceutical product development process, from pre-development through launch, transforming the way marketing, R&D, and manufacturing interacted.  Created a framework with 22 work streams, decision-gates, standard deliverables, and project plan template.

 

Developed an end-to-end innovation construct that provided decision-gates, processes, governance, and project plan templates for a nutrition division’s ideation and product development pipeline.

Licensing & Acquisition Assessments

Designed a process to lead marketing evaluations (by the new business marketing team) for licensing & acquisition assessments. Standardized workflow and roles; published a L&A Knowledge Base; created a directory of employees with specific disease area experiences who could be tapped for their disease area knowledge when needed; deployed resources and tools for use in commercial L&A assessments.

Standardized a market research organization’s process for assessing in-license candidates.
